Boho provides Personal Limits to help players manage their gambling activity. Limits can be set and adjusted at any time by the account holder within the Personal Limits section of the account settings. A reduction in any limit takes effect immediately. An increase to a limit may require verification by Boho and will not take effect until the prior limit has expired, in order to prevent impulsive changes.
Boho offers Reality Checks to remind players how long they have been playing. Reality Checks can be configured to trigger after defined time intervals and will display a notice indicating the elapsed time and the current activity. These reminders do not interrupt withdrawals or account access beyond the scope of the tool unless mandated by policy.
Cooling-Off: You may initiate a Cooling-Off Period for a definite time span. During Cooling-Off, deposits are blocked and promotional offers are withheld. You may still withdraw remaining funds. On expiry, the account is automatically re-activated.
Self-Exclusion: You may initiate a Self-Exclusion Period for a definite time span or an indefinite period. When active, the Player Account is disabled, you are excluded from promotions, and you cannot deposit or withdraw funds. Upon expiry, the account auto-reactivates unless you choose to extend or convert the period by re-submitting the request.
Self-Exclusion by Request: You may contact Boho Support to implement self-exclusion for a definite or indefinite period. Boho will block access to your account and ensure you do not receive promotional materials. If you are self-excluded, you will not be able to log in or withdraw any remaining balance. At the end of the period, contact Boho Support to re-access your account and arrange any remaining balance withdrawal in accordance with Boho withdrawal policy.
Boho only accepts players who are at least 18 years old. We implement identity verification to confirm age and to prevent access by minors. If age cannot be verified or if the user is under the legal threshold, access to the Boho platform will be denied. Boho reserves the right to request identification at any time during account operation to enforce age and eligibility requirements.
